Review: Lub d Hostel, Bangkok-Silom

Lub D Bangkok Silom Hostel has been our swanky abode for the majority of our stay in Bangkok. Lub D is a super clean and modern hostel that attracts, solo travelers, as well as small groups and many couples, all primarily between the ages 25 – 40+. This hostel has a chilled yet social atmosphere and for those of you that are not quite ready to branch out on your own, there is a tour desk with a wide range of activities & excursion for you to choose from. For the more independent traveler this is a great centrally located base from which you can easily explore in and around the city. Click on pics to see larger

Pro’s – super clean throughout

  1. Great spacious bathrooms. The shower cubical is designed so that its big enough for you to shower and change inside. SAWEET!, I’m not a fan of communal changing.
  2. Really comfy beds
  3. Brilliant FREE Wifi throughout hostel!
  4. location close to Patpong Night Bazar ( 15 mins walk )  SkyBar – 15mins –  BRT Station Chong Nonsi 10mins walk or Sala Daeng 15 mins  walk.

Cons – not really anything to complain about but, I would have like a kitchen area and there are also no lifts or disabled access to any of the room the rooms.

All In All – 4.5  out of 5

Loved my stay would most def recommend this to hostel to anyone but especially  good for couples.
