Ayutthaya is the ancient capital a of Thailand from 14th -18th century before it was moved to Bangkok.Ayutthaya is World Heritage Site, located 85 km north of Bangkok  and therefore making it an easy and popular day trip from the capital.  There is plenty more to see but these pictures are of the parts that really caught our eye. It was an extremely hot day 40 Plus degrees so after 3 hours we decided to call it a day. You can easily spend 5 -7 hours here if you see and do everything.
